📋 Description

• Create a warm, welcoming atmosphere; greet customers; deliver joyful ear piercing experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop studio staff to ensure exceptional service and safety.
• Meet studio targets and drive revenue growth; set clear expectations for the team.
• Schedule staff within labor allocations; manage payroll accuracy and time-off.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, loss prevention, and visual merchandising.
• Engage with local community to boost brand awareness and appointments.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management experience; jewelry a plus.
• Strong leadership to inspire, motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed; lead by example on the selling floor.
• Proven track record driving sales and store profitability.
• Proficient with Google Suite and POS systems.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations, piercing a plus.
