📋 Description

• Develop and execute the brand's retail strategies to increase traffic and clientele.
• Manage customer experience, client relations, and community connectivity.
• Lead Sales, Operations, and Visual teams to hit sales and KPI targets.
• Identify opportunities to boost in-store sales, foot traffic, and conversions.
• Coach and develop staff; monitor performance and provide feedback.
• Ensure wardrobe standards and brand representation in-store.

🎯 Requirements

• Prior experience in retail or related industry.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Experience managing and leading a team.
• Interpersonal and communication skills, verbal and written.
• Strong guest experience, organizational and time management skills.
• Agile and able to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
