🎯 Requirements
- 5+ years of retail or related leadership experience.
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills.
- Proven leadership, coaching and team development abilities.
- Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to lift, push, carry up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand/move for an entire shift and work weekends.
