📋 Description

• Lead daily studio operations with safety and service focus.
• Deliver celebratory customer experiences on the selling floor.
• Drive revenue by meeting sales targets and optimizing appointments.
• Coach and develop staff, including Nurse Piercers and sales associates.
• Schedule staff within labor plans and manage payroll accuracy.
• Oversee inventory, POS accuracy, and visual merchandising.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management; jewelry experience a plus.
• Strong leadership; motivate and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed; lead by example on the sales floor.
• Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.
• Proficient with Google Suite and POS; comfortable with tech.
