🎯 Requirements

3-5 years retail management; jewelry experience a plus.
Strong leadership with ability to inspire and develop a team.
Customer-obsessed; lead on the selling floor.
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Proficient with Google Suite (Calendar, Gmail, Sheets, Docs).

🎁 Benefits

Base salary $65,000-$75,000 per year.
