🎯 Requirements

3-5 years retail management; jewelry experience a plus.
Strong leadership to inspire and develop a team.
Customer-obsessed with memorable customer experiences.
Proven track record of driving sales and profitability.
Comfortable with POS, software, and Google Suite.
Knowledge of piercing health and safety regulations a plus.
