🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years retail management; jewelry experience a plus.
• Proven leadership to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
• Customer-obsessed with track record of sales growth.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Suite; comfortable with POS.
• Knowledge of health & safety; able to lift 25 pounds; stand 8 hours.
