Open and close the store as needed
Supervise Front Desk and support calls, voicemails, emails
Assist customers online, by phone, and in person about cannabis laws and inventory
Supervise budtenders and ensure exceptional customer service
Coordinate training for new employees and mentor guidance
Maintain inventory controls and daily cash handling

🎯 Requirements

Must be 21+ years of age
Retail management experience preferred (1+ year)
Customer service experience (3+ years)
Cannabis industry experience highly desirable
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Authorized to live and work in the U.S.
