Open and close the store as needed
Oversees Front Desk staff; supports answering calls and voicemails
Assist customers online, by phone, and in-person about cannabis law and inventory
Supervise budtenders’ sales and maintain exceptional customer service
Manage training scheduling and mentor new hires
Uphold inventory best practices and collaborate with Inventory Manager

🎯 Requirements

Must be 21+ years of age
Retail management experience (1+ year) preferred
Customer service experience (3+ years) required
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Authorized to live and work in the U.S.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check
