• Spend the majority of time on the floor coaching and supporting the team.

• 5+ years leading multi-level teams in fast-paced retail or hospitality.
• Experience building diverse teams and growing managers.
• Proven ability to foster a people-first, inclusive culture.
• Strong communication, accountability, and performance coaching.
• Proven ability to motivate and inspire teams with high engagement.
• Track record delivering measurable financial, operational, and CX results.
