🎯 Requirements
- 4 years of experience in stop loss, claims operations, financial analytics, or client services
- Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Stop Loss policy management/marketing with self-funded or level-funded clients
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
