We are looking for a highly motivated, honest, and reliable person interested in supporting our marketing team as a Marketing Intern. You will have the opportunity to assist in content creation and management, communication efforts, light graphic design, and event planning. You'll gain hands-on, professional marketing and communications experience in assisting with the day-to-day duties of the marketing team, work with a fun employee population, and polish your business communication skills.

The internship will be for approximately 25 weeks.

A Day in the Life

Assistwith editing, uploading, and posting blogs on WordPress sites

Engage in a variety of writing activities: emails, descriptions, blogs

Participate in automated marketing activities, such as the creation of email templates, marketinglistsand analytics

Use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for lead tracking, account information and creating marketing campaigns

Light graphic design

Light video editing

Social media management

Assistwith event coordination for marketing functions

Opportunity to job-shadow in other departments, depending on career goals 

Preferred Qualifications

Currently pursuinga degree in Marketing,Communications,Business, Information Technology, or related field

Strong written & verbal communication skills   

Team player with a positive, can-do attitude and curiosity to dig into & support projects   

Ability to work in a very fast-paced environment   

High levelof attention to detail and problem-solving skills 

Time management – the ability to manage multiple priorities in a supportive environment   

Ability to think creatively and shareideas freely

Ability to be adaptive and work independently as a self-starter and self-developer 

Able to collaborate effectively as part of a team and know when to ask for help  

Experience with Microsoft Office Cloud products

Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English

Compensation

Our philosophy is to provide compensation that isCompetitive,Equitable, andDriven by Performance. Various factors impact our pay ranges including market conditions and national salary data. To determine competitive salaries within this range we consider candidates skills, qualifications, and experience. These are national ranges, inclusive of bonus opportunities and could represent multiple role levels.

US (USD): $15 per hour, at a maximum of 40 hours per week
