Advise Product, Engineering, and Design on new features for compliance.
Provide practical guidance on contracting, privacy, and consumer protection.
Collaborate with InfoSec, Compliance, Operations, Product, and Finance.
Manage outside counsel relationships for efficiency.
Monitor legal and regulatory developments in e-commerce and digital consumer protection.

🎯 Requirements

J.D. degree and active U.S. bar (Michigan preferred).
5+ years in law firms or in-house roles (venture-backed/tech a plus).
Excellent contract drafting and negotiation skills.
Comfortable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Strong judgment and business-oriented advice.

Base salary: $130,000-$140,000 (Colorado).
