Lead equity plan operations for RSUs, PSUs, and stock options.
Own end-to-end grant cycles, vesting events, and data integrity.
Coordinate with Total Rewards, People, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Payroll and vendors.
Oversee SOX compliance for equity processes and related audits.
Partner on Form 4 filings, proxy statements, and 10b5-1 plans.
Develop employee education and communications on equity programs.

🎯 Requirements

4+ years equity administration at a US public company.
4+ years with equity platforms (Fidelity, Shareworks).
3+ years SEC, IRS, and regulatory requirements for equity compensation.
Experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and G Suite.
