Serve as point of contact for vesting, tax implications, and exercises
Collaborate with finance, legal, payroll, HR to process grants/terminations/transfers
Prepare and distribute equity-related reports and communications
Ensure SEC/IRS compliance and international tax for global employees

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting, economics, or math
2+ years of stock administration or equity compensation experience
