Stock Plan Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer Peloton’s stock plans globally, coordinating with Finance, Payroll, HR, Legal.
• Maintain the Shareworks equity system with accuracy as the single source of truth.
• Explain equity programs to employees; create clear employee communications.
• Partner with People Systems, Payroll, Legal, and advisors to optimize Shareworks.
• Assist with global equity payroll reporting, annual filings, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare grant listings and reporting for Executives, Board, Finance, and Payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years stock administration experience in a global public company or plan provider.
• Experience with Morgan Stanley Shareworks preferred.
• Self-motivated, deadline-driven, high accuracy, minimal supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach.
• Acute attention to detail and strong time management.
• Completion of CEP test a plus.
