Stock Controller / Retail Customer Care Executive

📋 Description

• Receive and issue stock; conduct regular stock takes to keep inventory accurate.
• Handle reverse logistics; complete phone swaps and returns efficiently.
• Support sales for new acquisitions and upgrades with the sales team.
• Log, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues; follow up on phone servicing.
• Maintain depot brand presence; ensure marketing materials are visible and in good condition.
• Contribute to a mission-driven retail operation connecting customers to financial tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in customer care or inventory management.
• Experience in retail operations, preferably tech/phone sales.
• Comfort with smartphone technology and tech-savvy.
• Computer literacy; ability to navigate systems and keep records; diploma in business or related field preferred.
• On-site role based in a depot with in-person customer interactions.
