- Execute SOPs to maintain inventory accuracy on stockroom and sales floor
- Count inbound shipments and record in ERP and WMS systems
- Ensure inventory is accurately reflected in ERP and WMS
- Research inventory discrepancies to determine root cause
- Identify vendor shortages/overages and assist with resolution
- Prepare for and conduct physical inventories twice a year
🎯 Requirements
- Strong retail stock room leadership experience
- Open availability; 40 hours/week
- Ability to engage with children and families
- Team-oriented with high standards
- Patience, warmth, and humor
- Experience with inventory management systems a bonus
