- Resolve data and integration issues with internal partners and vendors; document.
- Maintain accurate equity records in Equity Edge Online.
- Complete all required reconciliations for each reporting period.
- Prepare recurring and ad hoc equity reports for Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, and People Operations.
- Drive process improvements for stock plan operations across global workflows.
🎯 Requirements
- Experience in equity compensation administration, public accounting, or SOX/audit with exposure to equity transactions and compliance reporting.
- Working knowledge of SOX controls and audit documentation standards.
- Familiarity with E*TRADE and Equity Edge Online; Equity Edge workflows helpful.
- Strong data analysis, reconciliation, and validation with large datasets in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage detailed, high-volume workflows in an audit-sensitive environment.
- Willingness to pursue CEP Level 1 certification within 18 months of employment; CEP candidates preferred.
