Senior Growth Marketing Associate, Paid Search
Stitch Fix is seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Associate focused on paid search to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This remote-friendly role collaborates with the Growth Marketing team to plan, execute, and optimize paid search campaigns across platforms, manage budgets, and deliver data-driven insights that improve ROI for Stitch Fix's online experiences.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Set budgets, bids, and ROAS targets; monitor performance and adjust strategy
- Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and test landing pages
- Analyze data, prepare reports, and share actionable insights with cross-functional teams
- Collaborate with Product, Creative, and Analytics teams to scale customer acquisition
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in paid search or growth marketing (senior level)
- Strong analytical skills; proficient with Google Ads, GA4, Excel/Sheets
- Experience with ecommerce or fashion/retail brands is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
