Stitch Fix is seeking a Product Operations Lead to help drive cross-functional product initiatives, optimize workflows, and ensure our teams ship high-quality products to customers. This role partners with product, engineering, data science, design, and business teams across the organization.

What you'll do

• Lead operational processes for product development including roadmap coordination, release planning, and governance.
• Build and maintain product analytics and dashboards to measure success and inform decisions.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketing to align priorities and timelines.
• Drive process improvements, define OKRs, and ensure clear communication across stakeholders.
• Bridge gaps between product, engineering, design, and business teams to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product operations, program management, or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills, with experience in SQL and data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Ability to influence without authority and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
