Role Overview

As the Product Manager for Financial Systems at Stitch Fix, you will own the roadmap and execution for internal financial platforms, reporting tooling, and ERP integrations. You will partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations to drive scalable, secure, and data-driven financial processes that support the business.

Responsibilities

  • Define product strategy and a clear roadmap for financial systems, aligning with business goals and stakeholder needs.
  • Own and prioritize the product backlog, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with ERP providers, accounting, treasury, payroll, and compliance teams.
  • Analyze data, establish success metrics, and drive continuous improvements for reliability, scalability, and security of financial systems.
  • Ensure data integrity and regulatory/compliance considerations are embedded in product decisions.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and maintain a clear, global product narrative in a remote environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in financial systems, ERP, or fintech.
  • Ability to translate business problems into clear technical requirements and actionable roadmaps.
  • Strong stakeholder management and excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, data modeling, and data analysis (SQL familiarity is a plus).
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
