We’re seeking a Product Manager for Discovery & Engagement to shape how customers discover products and engage with the Stitch Fix platform. This role partners with design, engineering, data science, and analytics to deliver customer-focused features that drive growth and satisfaction.

Role Overview

As the Product Manager for Discovery & Engagement, you will define product strategy, build and maintain roadmaps, and translate customer needs into practical, measurable increments. You will own outcomes related to how users explore Stitch Fix offerings and stay engaged with the product experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision and strategy for discovery and engagement experiences
• Gather and prioritize requirements from customers, data, and stakeholders
• Create and maintain a data-driven product roadmap with clear milestones
• Collaborate with design, engineering, data science, and analytics to deliver high-impact features
• Define success metrics, run experiments, and learn from results to improve engagement and conversion
• Communicate progress and impact to leadership and cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 3+ years in product management, preferably in e-commerce or retail tech
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making
• Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and user research
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication
• Familiarity with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus

Location & Work Model

Remote, USA (Remote in North America). This is a remote role; candidates can work from anywhere in North America.
