Overview

Stitch Fix is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner to serve as a trusted HR partner for a remote, United States–based workforce. In this role you will advise leaders on employee relations, performance management, policy development, talent development, and DEI initiatives while partnering to implement scalable people programs that support a fast-growing, distributed company.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic HR partner to assigned business groups, providing guidance on people programs, coaching, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Collaborate with managers to design org structure, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and programs in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
  • Promote DEI initiatives and foster an inclusive culture; analyze people data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, performance cycles, and compensation processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR business partner experience or equivalent, with remote team experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to influence across levels.
  • Experience with HRIS systems, people analytics, and data-driven decision making.
  • Knowledge of employment law and compliance; SHRM-CP/PHR or similar certification preferred.
