Overview
Stitch Fix is seeking a People and Culture Business Partner Manager to partner with designated business units to align people strategy with business goals. This remote role (Remote, USA) offers the opportunity to shape people programs, support leaders, and improve the employee experience across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted HR partner to assigned business units, translating business strategy into people plans.
- Advise leaders on performance management, coaching, development, succession planning, and talent mobility.
- Lead employee relations, policy interpretation, investigations when needed, and ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Collaborate with Recruiting, Total Rewards, Learning and Inclusion to design and implement effective people programs.
- Use people analytics to inform decisions, forecast workforce needs, and measure program impact.
- Drive organizational design and change management initiatives across teams.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of HR/People Partner experience in a fast-paced environment; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven ability to influence at all levels; excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience with HRIS platforms and people data analytics; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
- Knowledge of employment laws and best practices; high integrity and strong business judgment.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote, globally distributed team.
