Stitch Fix is seeking a Manager, Strategy to lead high-impact strategic initiatives across the company. In this role you will partner with product, merchandising, marketing, finance and operations to identify opportunities, build strong business cases, define priorities, and drive execution. You will analyze customer and business data, develop scenarios, quantify impact, and track progress against goals. The ideal candidate combines rigorous analytical skills with strategic judgment and exceptional stakeholder management to influence decisions at the highest levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic initiatives and quarterly roadmaps across functions
• Partner with Product, Merchandising, Marketing, Data, and Finance to identify growth opportunities and optimize resources
• Build financial models, run scenarios, and present recommendations to leadership
• Define success metrics, develop dashboards, and monitor results
• Communicate complex analyses clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Drive cross-functional execution and manage key programs end-to-end

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, corporate development, growth, or related roles
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
