Job Overview
Stitch Fix is seeking a Manager, People Insights & Analytics to lead the people analytics function and partner with People Operations and business leaders to turn people data into actionable insights that drive employee experience and business outcomes. This is a remote position based in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of analytics professionals focused on people data, workforce planning, and talent analytics.
- Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau/Looker) to monitor key HR metrics (turnover, recruiting, engagement, compensation, performance, DEI).
- Partner with HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to translate goals into analytical requirements and tell data-driven stories.
- Ensure data governance and data quality for HR datasets; collaborate with data engineering to improve data pipelines.
- Develop workforce forecasting, scenario analyses, and insights to support budgeting and strategic planning.
- Communicate complex analyses to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making.
- Mentor junior analysts and establish scalable processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in People Analytics/HR analytics or related fields; 2+ years in people-leadership roles.
- Strong SQL and Python (or R); experience with Tableau and Looker; data visualization and storytelling skills.
- Experience with HRIS data (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) and data governance practices.
- Excellent collaboration, communication, and project-management abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
