Steel Control Technician

📋 Description

• Attend safety meetings and follow health and safety procedures.
• Position and align material using machinery per assembly bay ahead of need.
• Check quality of incoming vendor products; follow QA/QC processes.
• Maintain materials flowing through Steel laydown region.
• Read blueprints/drawings and operate the Company's machinery.
• Keep the warehouse area organized and maintain equipment.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Read measuring devices such as tape measures, rulers, and squares.
• Perform simple shop math (fractions, decimals, whole numbers).
• Experience using simple hand tools (wrenches, hammer, screwdriver).
• Knowledge of FBS Assembly and PFB fabrication processes and systems preferred.
• Ability to read and understand schematics and drawings preferred.
