Steel Control Technician

📋 Description

• Attend safety meetings and follow safety procedures.
• Position, align, and stage materials using machinery ahead of need.
• Check incoming vendor products; follow QA/QC processes.
• Maintain materials flowing through Steel laydown region.
• Collaborate with Assembly, Warehouse, and Project Teams on material issues.
• Move parts safely using hoists, cranes, or forklifts.

🎯 Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Read measuring devices (tape measure, rulers, squares) required.
• Perform simple shop math (fractions/decimals).
• Experience with basic hand tools (wrenches, hammer, screwdriver).
• Knowledge of FBS/PFB fabrication processes and systems preferred.
• Ability to read schematics/drawings preferred.
