Senior Salesforce Analyst / Administrator

📋 Description

• Build and optimize Salesforce Flows, validation rules, and automation.
• Maintain high-quality data; prevent duplicates and enforce validation.
• Partner with Sales/Marketing/Operations to create scalable SF solutions.
• Own changes from idea to production with GitHub Actions and SFDX-Hardis.
• Support day-to-day Salesforce ops: provisioning, permissions, layouts.
• Investigate and resolve Salesforce support requests; balance speed with health.

🎯 Requirements

• Step into a complex Salesforce environment and quickly understand data models.
• Advanced Salesforce expertise; relevant certifications preferred.
• Design and support complex automations, including omni-channel routing.
• Comfort with integrations (REST APIs, JSON) and troubleshooting.
• Strong judgment choosing declarative vs programmatic solutions.
• Builder mindset; proactive and able to guide non-technical stakeholders.
