Steadily is hiring for a Sales Training Manager I! The Sales Training Manager I works in agent development, leads the new insurance agent training classes and teaches new hires everything they need to be successful at Steadily. They also work closely with existing agents to facilitate ongoing development including the creation and maintenance of training guides and resources.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Overland Park, KS.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and conduct new sales hire training classes, continuously optimizing and improving the content and curriculum based on success metrics.

  • Directly manage new hires for several months post training during their ramping phase.

  • Lead ad hoc and regularly scheduled training courses for the sales team to drive specific key performance indicators.

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to develop and improve systems that enable new hires and existing agents to be successful.

Your Background

  • Experienced: You have at least 2 years of experience training and developing high performing sales teams.

  • Data: You are comfortable analyzing data to determine areas of opportunity.

  • Impactful: You positively drive agent behavior and make a meaningful impact on specific key performance indicators.

  • Driven: You’re excited about joining a company on a crazy trajectory and aren’t afraid to work as hard as it takes to get the job done.

Licensing requirements

  • You must maintain an active Property and Casualty insurance license in the core states where Steadily conducts business
