- Diagnose stator-related issues during build and test.

🎯 Requirements
- Associate’s degree in a technical field, or 5+ years manufacturing experience
- R&D/prototype/early production environment; SAP ERP experience
- Hands-on assembly per docs; IPC standards; winding/insulation exp.
- High standards for workmanship, quality, and attention to detail
- Follow formal work instructions and document deviations
- Read engineering drawings; use calipers, micrometers, and CMMs
