Stations Support Specialist I

📋 Description

• Coordinate configuration and delivery of IT airport equipment.
• Support Station Support Engineer with IT equipment implementation.
• Provide technical support for airport operations to prevent delays.
• Identify and prioritize issues to prevent flight delays.
• Resolve semi-routine issues obstructing on-time departures with partners.
• Collaborate with IT teams and airports to support operations.

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• CompTIA A+ and Network+ certifications.
• 2+ years managing technical implementation projects.
• 2+ years supporting an enterprise desktop environment.
• 2+ years of asset management experience.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, group policy, and network shares.
• Experience building Windows 10 images and deploying PCs.
• Familiarity with Amadeus, SITA, Arinc, Ultra airport platforms.
