Establish and maintain safety compliance for aircraft, customers, facilities, and staff.
Ensure compliance with Federal directives and security requirements; audit quality.
Manage station expenses and cost control; analyze variances to budget.
Lead station team to ensure customer service, baggage handling, and departure procedures.
Establish work schedules; participate in hiring and staffing decisions.
Develop succession plans and training for supervisors and staff.

🎯 Requirements

High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's preferred.
2+ years airline experience; 1+ year supervisory.
US work authorization; 18+; valid driver's license.
GSC, CRO, Stations Trainer within 1 year.
Pass criminal background check.
Strong communication; planning; MS Office skills.
