Startups Program Lead

📋 Description

• Own and lead Vercel’s global startup program strategy and execution end-to-end.
• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing startup program team.
• Design and scale programs driving adoption and engagement, including the Vercel AI Accelerator.
• Develop relationships with VC firms, accelerators, incubators, and founder communities.
• Partner with Sales to identify startups and convert them into customers.
• Track lifecycle metrics and optimize early-stage adoption and retention.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years in programs, partnerships, or ecosystem roles in high-growth tech.
• Experience building and scaling programs from 0 to 1 with marketing impact.
• Proven experience leading teams.
• Strong track record building relationships with VCs, accelerators, and founders.
• Deep understanding of the startup ecosystem and founder needs.
• Engage with technical audiences across Engineering, Product, Design; familiar with React/Next.js.
