🎯 Requirements

- Proven track record building/scaling partnerships with VCs, accelerators, or early-stage companies.
- Credibility with engineers via frontend tech knowledge (React, Next, Vite, Astro, Remix).
- Deep understanding of startup ecosystem and needs of high-growth founders and developer teams.
- Strong program management; drive cross-functional initiatives and analyze metrics.
