🎯 Requirements

  • 4+ years in growth, performance or product marketing in B2B SaaS with end-to-end ownership.
  • Proven experience building paid and partner-led channels that generated pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong experimentation discipline and statistical literacy; design tests and scale winners.
  • Deep familiarity with startup ecosystems (VCs, accelerators, incubators) and activating networks.
  • Excellent analytics skills; comfortable with SQL.
  • Operational experience with marketing automation: Clay & Marketo.
  • Clear, direct communicator; able to write positioning, run campaigns and present ROI to senior stakeholders.
