Corporate governance: maintain share register, AGM materials, and board packs.
Treasury operations: bank transfers, liquidity planning, and term deposits.
Vendor payments & AP: weekly cycles, vendor files, and approvals.
Audit support: prep documentation and liaise with auditors.

🎯 Requirements

Around 4 years experience: 1-2 years Big4/mid-tier audit, plus 2-3 years startup accounting ownership.
Professional German, spoken and written.
German HGB and/or Swiss OR; UK compliance a plus.
Hands-on with finance tools: Xero, invoicing tools, banking platforms; Deel payroll.
Process-improvement mindset.
