- Have 7+ years of content marketing experience with clear ownership of strategy and execution.
- Have meaningful startup experience (in-house at a startup, startup-focused role, or deep founder ecosystem work).
- Have built social-first and multi-channel B2B content programs that drove measurable outcomes.
- Can move fast and deliver high-quality work across ambiguity, tight timelines, and shifting priorities.
- Are an excellent cross-functional partner across social, GTM, field, and startup marketing teams.
- Have strong editorial judgment and know how to balance storytelling, accuracy, and business goals.
