🎯 Requirements

- 5+ years in start-up; SU Lead or PM in CRO/pharma.
- 2+ years in milestone management; coordinating team/resources.
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient with computerized systems and MS Office; English fluent.
