🎯 Requirements

- Start-up experience from CRO or pharma/biotech.
- 2+ years milestone management, resource, and budget coordination.
- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional activities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English and the local language of the country.
