Start of Care Registered Nurse, Home Health Visits

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medications and perform wound care.
• Monitor client conditions; report changes to supervisor.
• Follow up with and document doctors' orders.
• Assess clients and coordinate care; document on a tablet.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD RN license.
• At least 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred but not required.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
