- Report program status and critical path items to management and executives
- Translate design intent/goals in the context of various engineering and production teams
- Identify and own projects and processes that improve overall program success and progress
- Manage the fleet of vehicles (both vehicles in build and active vehicles)
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, math, or physics; or equivalent with 5+ years aerospace/manufacturing experience
- 3+ years of experience managing projects or technical trades
- Previous experience managing technical teams
- Interdisciplinary project management across many departments
- Interdisciplinary engineering fundamentals and multidisciplinary execution
- Experience developing and presenting executive summaries of status
- 5+ years of experience managing projects or technical trades
- Must be able to work extended hours and weekends as necessary
- ITAR: U.S. citizen/national or eligible to obtain required authorizations
