📋 Description

  • Act as primary point of contact for enterprise customers from contract to onboarding.
  • Own onboarding, account management, and long-term retention and revenue growth.
  • Support customers needing Starlink products for maritime, rail, trucking, etc.
  • Define and standardize processes to scale custom Starlink solutions.
  • Deliver impeccable service and rapid issue resolution.
  • Retain and grow hardware and service revenue across accounts.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business; or high school diploma with 10+ years.
  • 7+ years of consulting or project management experience.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
  • Ability to read contract documents and discern requirements.
  • Preferred: experience in maritime industries or onboard connectivity.
  • Preferred: excellent communication and stakeholder management.
