🎯 Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency
- 3+ years hands-on manufacturing experience; OR bachelor's in engineering/math/science
- 2+ years developing raw material flow in a machine shop
- 2+ years CAD with NX or SolidWorks
- 2+ years CNCs, EDMs, welding, and tooling in Tool and Die
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Proficient with computers (email, Windows, Excel)
- Able to propose process and design improvements to engineering
