🎯 Requirements
- High school degree or equivalency
- 1+ years hands-on experience with common hand tools
- Associate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years hands-on electro-mechanical, precision, or high-volume manufacturing
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, assembly procedures, and parts lists
- Experience with high-voltage RF hardware, vacuum tube amplifiers, or satellite/aerospace electronics assembly
