Starlink Production Technician (PCBA) - Temporary

📋 Description

• Operate PCB assembly machines (SMT, reflow, paste printer, coating, inspection).
• Run thermal and functional tests on electronic hardware (setup, test, teardown, troubleshoot).
• Document failure modes and use data to improve quality.
• Maintain and calibrate production equipment via preventative maintenance.
• Manage schedule priorities and independently execute work to meet deliverables.
• Component kitting and measurement.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years hands-on electromechanical tools, assembly, or testing.
• 2+ years electro-mechanical assembly, integration, or mechanical assembly.
• Ability to read layout drawings, mechanical drawings, assembly procedures, schematics, and parts lists.
• Soldering proficiency including IPC and/or J-STD certification.
• Experience setting up and running tests and experiments.
