π― Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1+ years hands-on electromechanical tools, assembly, or testing.
- 2+ years electro-mechanical assembly, integration, or mechanical assembly.
- Ability to read layout drawings, mechanical drawings, assembly procedures, schematics, and parts lists.
- Soldering proficiency including IPC and/or J-STD certification.
- Experience setting up and running tests and experiments.
