📋 Description

  • Own Nebraska subscriber growth strategy and targets.
  • Own local market: awareness, acquisition, partnerships, performance.
  • Identify and build new acquisition channels (ISPs, affiliates, partners, communities).
  • Drive deals end-to-end from opportunity to agreements and launches.
  • Lead local marketing: field events, trade shows, activations.
  • Track performance and collaborate with cross-functional teams on growth pilots.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in BD, partnerships, growth, sales, or ops.
  • Expertise in consumer purchasing behavior, rural areas.
  • Experience in consumer tech, telecom, broadband, utilities, or subscriptions.
  • Strong execution mindset; able to work independently in the field.
  • Experience scaling local partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Experience running local marketing or community growth initiatives.
  • Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 75%+ of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations.
