📋 Description

  • Own Starlink’s Montana subscriber growth strategy and target attainment.
  • Serve as local market owner for awareness, acquisition, partnerships, and performance.
  • Identify and build new customer acquisition channels (ISPs, affiliates, retailers).
  • Lead local marketing and awareness initiatives (field marketing, events, activations).
  • Track subscriber acquisition performance, partner productivity, and ROI.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years in business development, partnerships, growth, sales, or operations.
  • Experience building and scaling local or regional partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Strong execution mindset with ability to operate independently in the field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Willingness to travel ~75%+ and extended hours as needed.
