π― Requirements

- Expertise in the consumer purchasing behavior within Kansas, particularly rural areas.
- Experience building and scaling local partnerships and distribution channels; experience with field marketing or community growth initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to track funnel metrics, conversion, and ROI.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; willingness to travel ~75% and work extended hours as needed.
